Research

The main objectives stated by Geoconcept Association of Applied Geography (AGAG) are related to conducting, supporting and helping increase visibility and accesibility to scientific research in geosciences, focusing mainly on past and present climate and environmental change.

Based on the expertise of its members, AGAG has been involved since its inception in a range of research and research-related activities, including: conducting UEFISCDI-funded scientific projects, organizing international conferences and workshops for which AGAG has secured private or state funding, as well as founding and publishing for 7 years (2012 to 2019) the ERIH+-indexed Georeview international journal. AGAG was also dedicated to supporting the scientific investigations carried out and published by its members in WoS journals and other publications with high visibility.
